Meeting Minutes
In attendance: Adam Woodford, Jennifer Parks, Jordan Dailey, Austin Gile, Andrew, EJ, John, Ricky, Conner M., Kyle and Cameron
Event:
- Adam brought flyers designed by Nathan Danielson and printed by Dan Wolfe.
- Designated areas of Sun Prairie to the skateboarders that attended meeting to distribute flyers to businesses and pass out to friends and families.
- Discussed possible judges for event
- Adam will contact the Skateboard shops in area.
- Austin Gile will donate 3 decks for 1st place for each level of skate
Jennifer:
- send out emails to area businesses and others whom may be interested.
- bring canopy, 2 tables, raffle tickets, donation bucket, ribbon and scissors for ceremony
- contact Kwik Trip, Sentry or Copps for hot dogs and Buns for event (need 12 dozen of each)
- ask Dan Wolfe to borrow Megaphone
- ask Nathan to post flyer to Facebook and Website.
Things we need (will send an email to skatepark email list for donations:
- Grill (borrow for the day)
- Charcoal
- Paper plates
- Napkins
- Ketchup/Mustard/Relish
- Bottled water (12 dozen)
- Ice
Step Up Design Issue:
- This issue will be addressed and corrected.
- Most likely will be after event due to time frame.
